Peptides & Research Compounds: Certain peptide products (including GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, Epitalon, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, and related compounds) are sold strictly for use by or under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional as part of a supervised wellness or research protocol. These products are not FDA-approved drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the purchase and use of such compounds.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Sculptra NYC Wholesale is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier acceptance. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Temperature-sensitive products are packed with appropriate insulation and cold packs where required. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive shipments promptly.
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and biological products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once shipped, except in cases where:
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by email to orders@sculptraofficial.com with photo documentation. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, NY under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
