INDICATIONS: Sculptra NYC (poly-L-lactic acid) is indicated for use in people with healthy immune systems for the correction of shallow to deep nasolabial fold contour deficiencies and other facial wrinkles in which the deep dermis layer is treated. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the product. Do not inject into blood vessels, lip mucosa, or periorbital area. WARNINGS: Use only by licensed healthcare practitioners. Visible skin nodules may occur and may be permanent. Risk of infection as with all injectables. ADVERSE EVENTS: Bruising, erythema, pain, swelling, and subcutaneous papules; most resolved within days to weeks.
